
Nicola Gelormino is the founder and owner of Gelormino Law, P.A. After representing mid-sized to large businesses at a national law firm for nearly a decade, Nicola launched her own firm. She is an experienced commercial litigator and bankruptcy attorney and a leader in the South Florida community. Nicola provides clients with strategic counsel, resourcefulness, and an appropriately aggressive approach to achieve the best results possible. She founded Gelormino Law to offer clients the high-quality legal work of a large law firm with the personalized service, relationship-focused approach, and efficiencies that a small firm is best positioned to provide.

Nicola represents clients in litigation in federal and state civil courts and federal bankruptcy courts throughout the State of Florida. Nicola has also been admitted pro hac vice in courts in other jurisdictions around the country.

Nicola is passionate about giving back to the South Florida community. She serves on the Citizens Board for the University of Miami, holding a seat on the Membership Committee and leading the Dolphins Challenge Cancer Initiative from 2019 through the present. She is also active in the legal community, where she serves as a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association in the Southern District of Florida and regularly supports other legal organizations.
